1. Services and Engagement
VA Management Agency provides remote virtual assistant services. Clients must commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week per hired Virtual Assistant. Service scopes and specific deliverables will be outlined in individual custom quotes.
2. SMS and Communication Consent
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages regarding your account, quotes, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP".
3. Payment Terms
Pricing is dependent on the specific job/task required. Invoices are generated based on the agreed-upon hourly rate and must be paid in full to maintain active service.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, with jurisdiction resting in Queens, New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Privacy Policy
1. Information Collection
We collect necessary business details from our clients (registered business name, contact info, business type, required job roles) and personal details from Virtual Assistant applicants (name, contact info, skills, availability, expected rates) to effectively match talent with business needs.
2. Use of Information
The data collected is used solely for the purpose of providing VA management services, generating quotes, and maintaining communication.
3. SMS Opt-In & A2P 10DLC Compliance
We respect your privacy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential to ensure full carrier compliance.
4. Data Security
We implement standard security measures to protect your personal and business information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
